Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information is involved when you visit runoan.com or contact Runoan, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and specific to how this website and our enquiries actually work.
Who we are
Runoan is a brand operated by Tradedo Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202030589R; registered address: 1 Rochor Canal Road, #02-23 Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504). Tradedo Pte. Ltd. is the organisation responsible for personal data handled under this notice. In this notice, "Runoan", "we" and "us" refer to Tradedo Pte. Ltd. operating Runoan.
Runoan was founded and is led by Oanh (Cindy) Nguyen. We work with clients in Singapore and internationally.

What this website does and doesn't do
- There are no contact forms, accounts or logins on this site.
- This website doesn't set cookies, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't currently use website analytics. If we add privacy-focused analytics in future, we'll update this notice first.
- All fonts, images and scripts are served from this website. Nothing is loaded from third-party services when you browse.
Information collected when you visit
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Cloudflare processes this under its own privacy policy and keeps it according to its own practices. We don't use this information to identify you.
Information you send us
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, contact details, business name and a description of what you need. By contacting us, you're providing these details so that we can respond. We use them only to:
- reply to you and discuss your enquiry;
- prepare a proposal or quote, if you ask for one; and
- deliver and administer work we agree to do together.
We don't sell your information, add you to mailing lists without asking, or use it for advertising.
Please don't send passwords, identity numbers or other sensitive personal data by email or WhatsApp.
Who receives your messages
- hi@runoan.com (general enquiries) and oan@runoan.com are received by Oanh.
- erik@runoan.com is received by Erik, and christina@runoan.com by Christina.
- WhatsApp messages to +65 8946 3370 are received by Oanh.
Emails to our @runoan.com addresses are handled by Apple's iCloud Mail service, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp (Meta). Each processes messages under its own privacy policy.
When we share information
Some projects involve independent collaborators. Where it's needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver your project, we may share relevant information with the person handling it, including an independent collaborator. We share only what's needed, only for that purpose, and we expect anyone we share it with to keep it confidential and use it only for your enquiry or project.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Information processed outside Singapore
Apple, WhatsApp (Meta) and Cloudflare operate internationally and may store or process information outside Singapore. If we share your information with someone handling your project from outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's protected to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted once they're no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after the enquiry closes, unless the law or a legitimate business need requires us to keep them longer.
- Active projects: we keep correspondence and project information for as long as it's needed for the work.
- Records the law requires (for example, invoices and accounting records) are kept for the period required.
We review what we hold every quarter.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure, including limiting access to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver your project.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as the projects in our Work stories, WhatsApp and Cloudflare. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this notice doesn't cover.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and how we've used it, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to keep using it, by emailing hi@runoan.com. We'll respond as soon as reasonably possible. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry or continue a project.
We aim to handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a concern, you can contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If the way we handle information changes, for example if we add analytics or an enquiry form, we'll update this notice and the date above.
